In cases where this application expressly states that the provision of personal data is voluntary, users may choose not to provide such data without any consequences for the availability or functioning of the service. Users who are unclear about which personal data is mandatory may contact the Provider. Any use of cookies - or other tracking tools - by this Application or third-party service providers used by this Application is for the purpose of providing the service requested by the User and any other purposes described in this document and, if any, in the Cookie Policy. Processing methods  

The Provider processes User data in a proper manner and takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access and unauthorized forwarding, modification or destruction of data. The data processing is carried out by means of computer or IT based systems according to organizational procedures and practices specifically aimed at the stated purposes. In addition to the data controller, other parties internal (Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, Legal, System Administrators) or external - and in the case where necessary, designated by the data controller as processors (such as technical service providers, delivery companies, hosting providers, IT companies or communication agencies) - could also operate this application and thus have access to the data. An up-to-date list of these parties can be requested from the provider at any time.  

Legal bases of the processing  

The Provider may process personal data of Users only if one of the following applies:  

  • Users have given their consent for one or more specific purposes. Note: In some jurisdictions, the provider may be permitted to process personal data until the user objects to such processing ("opt-out") without relying on consent or any other of the following legal bases. However, this does not apply if the processing of personal data is subject to European data protection law;  
  • the data collection is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract with the user and/or for pre-contractual measures arising therefrom;
  • the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the provider is subject;  
  • the processing is related to a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the provider;

Location  

The data will be processed at the Provider's office and at all other locations where the entities involved in the data processing are located. Depending on the location of the Users, data transfers may involve the transfer of the User's data to a country other than the User's own. To learn more about the location of the processing of the transferred data, users may consult the section detailing the processing of personal data. Users also have the right to be informed about the legal basis of the transfer of data to a country outside the European Union or to an international organization governed by international law or established by two or more countries, such as the UN, as well as to be informed about the security measures taken by the Provider to protect their data. If such a transfer takes place, the User can learn more about it by reviewing the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Provider via the information provided in the contact section. Storage period Personal data is processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose for which it was collected. Therefore: 

  • Personal data collected for the purpose of fulfilling a contract concluded between the provider and the user will be stored until the complete fulfillment of this contract.  
  • Personal data collected to protect the Provider's legitimate interests will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill those purposes. Users can obtain more detailed information about the Provider's legitimate interests in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Provider. In addition, the provider is permitted to store personal data for a longer period of time if the user has consented to such processing, as long as the consent is not revoked. Facebook permissions required for this application  

This application may require certain Facebook permissions in order to perform actions with the user's Facebook account and obtain information, including personal data, therefrom. This application connects to the user's profile on the Facebook social network, provided by Facebook Inc, by means of this service. Device permissions for access to personal data 

Depending on the device used by the user, this application may request certain permissions that allow it to access the user's device data as described below. By default, these access permissions must be granted by the user before the corresponding information can be accessed. Once granted, consent may be revoked by the user at any time. To revoke these consents, users can look in the device settings or they can contact the owner's support using the contact details provided in this document. The exact procedure for verifying app permissions may depend on the user's device and software. It should be noted that revocation of such permissions may affect this application from functioning properly. Google uses the data collected to track and study how this application is used, report on its activities, and share it with other Google services. Google Analytics for Firebase (Google LLC)  

Google Analytics for Firebase or Firebase Analytics is an analytics service provided by Google LLC. More information about Google's use of data is available in Google's Partner Policy. Firebase Analytics may share data with other tools provided by Firebase, such as Crash Reporting, Authentication, Remote Config, or Notifications. The user can check this Privacy Policy to find a detailed explanation of the other tools used by the owner. This application uses mobile device identifiers and cookie-like technologies to run Google Analytics for Firebase.

This type of service allows users to view and interact with content hosted on external platforms directly through this application. If such a service is installed, it may collect data from traffic for the pages on which it is installed even if users do not use it.

Data transfer outside the EU  

The Provider may transfer personal data collected within the EU to third countries (i.e., countries that are not members of the EU) only in accordance with a specific legal basis. Such data transfer is based on one of the legal bases described below. The User can ask the Provider which legal basis applies to which service. 

Data transfer from the EU and/or Switzerland to the USA according to Privacy Shield (this application)  

If this is the legal basis, the transfer of personal data from the EU or Switzerland to the USA is carried out in accordance with the EU - USA or Switzerland - USA Privacy Shield (also known as the Privacy Shield). In particular, personal data is transferred to recipients that self-certify under the Privacy Shield framework and thus ensure an adequate level of protection for such transferred data. These types of services allow interaction with social networks or other external platforms directly through this application. The interaction, as well as the information collected through this application, is always subject to the privacy settings made by the users for the respective social network. This type of service may continue to collect web traffic data for the sites where the service is installed, even if users do not use it. It is recommended to log out of the respective services to ensure that the processed data is not reconnected to the user's profile through this application.

Messages can be sent to individual devices, groups of devices, on specific topics, or to specific user segments. Access to third-party profiles  

This application reads profile information of your profiles at third-party providers by means of this type of services and converts them into actions. These services are not activated automatically, but require the user's explicit consent.

The user can check this Privacy Policy to find a detailed explanation of the other tools used by the Owner. This application uses mobile device identifiers and cookie-like technologies to run the Google Analytics for Firebase service. Manage settings and grant or revoke consents
